275,000 pounds has been allocated to improve the Buttermarket Shopping Centre in Newark. The building's trading history dates back to the 1790's and there is strong local support to retain that heritage within the revamp plans. A new name is also being searched for and all suggestions should be put forward to the Centre Manager, Mr Martin Rendle, at The Buttermarket Shopping Centre, Newark, NG24 1BF
