New Business Centre

An exciting new business centre, Newark Beacon, is due to be completed in June 2007.  It is a state of the art complex consisting of two floors of accommodation.  It is being developed by Newark and Sherwood District Council at a cost of £3.9m to improve the area's "knowledge economy".  This is fundamental to the future of the district.  Newark Beacon will help new businesses establish and grow.  It has fresh, new, stylish business facilities, four light workshops, 27 0ffice suites, conference facilities, cafe and breakout area with awning and reception services.  It also has wonderful views over the town centre making it an ideal location to work.
